Roles we supply

  • Bar team: Bar leads, cocktail bartenders, bar support and runners for fast, well-presented service

  • Front‑of‑house: Supervisors, section waiters, tray service for arrivals, table wine service and toasts

  • Chefs and kitchen crew: Live‑fire specialists, BBQ pit team, pass coordination, plating, and efficient clear‑down

  • Logistics and ops: Load‑in/load‑out drivers, glass polishers, pot-wash and site runners to keep everything moving

 

Core skills and standards

  • Service that “reads the room”: pacing, queue flow, and guest‑first decisions

  • Cocktail competence: batching for speed, classics and signatures with consistent specs

  • Wine and bar knowledge: pour standards, cellar temps, keg changeovers, and basic maintenance

  • Food safety and allergens: clear briefings, labelled service, clean handovers

  • Venue coordination: power, water, waste, access planning, and timeline adherence

 

Rates

  • Bar staff and FOH supervisors: from £30 per hour, per person

  • Front‑of‑house (waiters/tray service): from £25 per hour, per person

  • Chefs: from £30 per hour, per person
