Welcome to the world of Scout & Hunter: event catering with a difference.

Hailing from Brisbane, Australia, we combine a deep Aussie passion for flame-cooking with decades of worldly culinary experience.

 

We specialise in bespoke culinary ideas that are always crowd-pleasing, effortlessly entertaining and refreshingly detailed.

We love hosting events. That is what we do.

 

We provide catering for all special occasions. If you’re hosting a smaller informal gathering, check out our picnic tables and grazing stations. It’s a stunning way to host intimate family gatherings. It is perfect for weddings with fewer guests. Our grazing stations also make an exciting alternative to canapés as your guests arrive it provides the opportunity for your guests to mingle and catch up with family and friends before the main event.

Our passion for food shines through

Slow Roast cooking over the flames and barbeques are our specialty. Cooking over the flames using oak and apple wood gives the vegetables and meats a good balance of smokey flavour.

Our trimmings, sides and salads are second to none. Locally-sourced, lovingly prepared and contemporary, our dishes are finished to an exquisite standard that always has guests impressed with our service.

Our salads and vegetable options are a cut above the run-of-the-mill sides you’ll find elsewhere.

We feature some really creative offerings and some tradition crowd pleasers in our offering of sides, salads and trimmings. Our teams love to create amazing dishes so we have really embraced this element of our catering and have a mouth-watering selection to choose from.

We can also tailor and customise your menu for your event; if you have seen a dish or tasted something that you enjoyed and would like it to be part of your special day just let us know and we will get to work.

Scout and Hunter means cost-effective, stylish catering that will impress for all occasions. We can cater weddings up to 200 guests, corporate events, sporting events, festivals, Golfing events - to name but a few.

We also host pop-up events all over the South of England - farms, stately homes and beachside. With links to local councils and authorities, we can assist with local planning and event applications.
