Slow Roast cooking over the flames and barbeques are our specialty. Cooking over the flames using oak and apple wood gives the vegetables and meats a good balance of smoky flavour.

Our trimmings, sides and salads are second to none. Locally-sourced, lovingly prepared and contemporary, our dishes are finished to an exquisite standard that always has guests impressed with our service.
