Here's the truth: we absolutely live for great events, and the best dates fly off our calendar fast. Peak season Saturdays? They're gold dust. Your Save-The-Date deposit holds your spot and buys you precious time to explore packages, taste menus, and dream up your perfect day — all without the pressure of rushing big decisions.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU BOOK?

Once your date's secured, we'll agree on a timeline together — we will be definitely set up a chat  around 30 days out  — to chat through the outline of your catering: your preferred package, evening food vibes, order of the day-timings, final menu plans, the works.

 

At that point, we'll invoice for with all of the final inclusions, add ons, street food supper & guest numbers, supplier meals, bar tabs and all other bits and pieces-We will always contact your venue at this point and chat through the plans and timings.

And now relax — we're not asking for every tiny detail-we have loads of time for that.

Around 30 days before the big day, we'll catch up properly to nail down final menu choices, exact guest numbers, dietary needs, and all those finishing touches.
